Ashro Woman: Michelle B

Michelle - ashro-woman-of-the-week

Meet Ashro Woman of the Week, Michelle B.

As you can see, beautiful Michelle has standout style. On the outside, her style leans on vibrant colors and Afrocentric flair. On the inside, her spirit leans on faith. Every morning, she wakes up for God. “When He wakes me up, I am ready to venture out and explore new things…I have a strong faith, and it is my substance.”

Like many of us, Michelle lives out her faith by helping people through her work. She also lives out her faith by being a mother figure—even though she’s never biologically born a child. “Because I had no children, I always helped with raising other children.”

During Michelle’s free time, she attends church activities and spends time with her greatest influence: her 95-year-old father. “My dad is the sweetest, most lovable man. He worked hard to achieve his goals. He always likes to make other people happy.”

While she has been blessed with a phenomenal father, Michelle is still looking for a like-minded man. No matter what happens, though, we suspect that Michelle will be following her own best advice: “Live life like it’s your last last day.”
